During his frantic search to find it, he found himself hoping desperately that he could rely on the honesty of a total stranger to return it. He also realized the finder might not be able to identify him as the owner of the wallet or return it to him quickly since he was traveling.

The story has a happy ending – the founder not only found the wallet, he also developed the idea for a service that promotes honesty and helps those in need. ImHONEST.com is – an online service that helps people identify their valuables before they become “lost and found” and makes it easy for finders of lost items to act on their honesty and integrity.

ImHONEST.com is not a traditional lost and found Web site. We help people take a proactive approach by identifying and registering their valuables before they are lost and found.
